The Form 4 or Form 6 Index number should be written in the following format: S4457/0003/2020. The first segment should contain the centre number, the second segment should contain the student number, and the third segment should contain the year of completion. Note: each segment is separated by a forward slash (/). Please follow this format strictly; failure to do so may cause the admission system to fail to access your result records, which can affect eligibility.

Award Verification Number (AVN) is acquired once a diploma graduate who wishes to join a higher learning degree programme is verified by NACTE through its verification procedures. You can get it from the NACTE website via the "Award Verification Number" menu, or through the NACTE Award Verification System (NAVS). Note: the admission system will not accept and process equivalent applications without an AVN number.

No. You do not need to pay first in order to start your application. However, payment is required after you finish filling in the application forms and before you submit your application.

The authentication code for first-time login will be sent to your email and phone number. It is highly recommended to provide a valid email and phone number that you can access continuously so the University can reach you for further information regarding your application.
